Email Server Upgrade - Webmail Glitch
We are happy to announce that we have upgraded our mail server. We are very excited about the improved performance and speed, however there is a glitch involved that our customers need be aware of. Somewhere in the upgrade process the sorting feature on our webmail sites began throwing error messages and logging the customer out. This does not seem to affect every mailbox. We are working with the developers to resolve this as quickly as possible, and apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, if you do receive the error you can either go through each page looking for your new email, or you may call in and have a tech assist you with installing a desktop email client.
If you are already using a desktop email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, or Thunderbird, this issue does not affect you at all.
Also, some Apple devices are having a different issue that is fixed by re-adding the email account. If you have an apple device and haven't received any new email, please call in or come in and we can help you to resolve this problem quickly.
