Our home page has a "Support" link where
you can get a wide variety of setup
instructions for connecting, e-mail,
website design, etc.

AlphaLink will provide a Knowledge Base
of technology questions and answers that
will be available to our clients.
Personal Support

technical support representatives
available during the above hours.
You have
several routes that can be used to reach
one of them.

Support. Call in and a
technician will call back as soon as

Remote Control.
We also can take control of your
computer and fix many problems for you.
This requires
specific appointment with one of our
technicians. You will

allow us to connect. Once the
remote control session has ended, we
cannot access your computer unless you
follow give us permission again. |

How do I connect while
traveling?
AlphaLink offers NationWide dial up
numbers when you travel. If you do
wish to use your AlphaLink traveling
number to connect then be sure to use a
local dial-up number for the area that
you are visiting. We will
not be responsible for long distance.
Just switch the number when connecting.
